Yes, we surely can get rid of oily skin by applying good creams, drinking lots of water, applying homemade face packs and sleeping right. But at times, in spite of doing all this, we still end up having oily and lifeless skin. Any guess why? Well, it’s because of the food items that we consume.

Food that we consume daily is very crucial for our skin. And with food, if you don’t drink enough water, your skin becomes greasy and oily and your body a store-house of toxins. Processed food:

Processed food items are not only bad for your skin, but they are bad for your health as well. These processed food items can cause greasy skin and initiate acne and pimples. So avoid packet soups, meats, noodles and ready to mixes. And switch to fresh cuts and lean meats instead.
