Take a look at your cycle. If you’re within the age range for a period and you’re not receiving one naturally, this is not a good thing. While you might be happy that you don’t have to worry about the pain of a period, this is actually a symptom of something more serious. Take note of your cycle and its irregularities. If it’s hanging around too long or if it’s not coming at all, make sure that you check your hormones.

4. Skin Issues
Take note of your skin’s issues. If you tend to break out around your jawline and your chin, this might be an indication of a hormonal imbalance. Typically, women who suffer from hormonal acne breakout in these areas. In this case, it’s going to take a whole lot more than a great face wash to get rid of this acne. You’ll need to balance your hormones.
